All registration fees are per competitor.

* Online registration will close on October 21st. We highly recommend registering online by the deadline. Late registration will be permitted at the comp, as long as it does not require us to run additional heats or rounds.

** The showcase will start at approximately 4pm. Tickets will be sold all day at the registration desk and will be checked before the show.

Registration fees can be written as a cheque to the order of "University Ballroom Dance" and mailed to:

All checks must include a list of dancers being paid for with that check.

Registration fees can also be paid via PayPal. More directions after you register.

Payments must be postmarked or submitted electronically by the relevant registration deadline in order to receive the advertised price. Payments received after the relevant registration deadline will be charged a late fee upon registration on the day of the competition, according to when the payment was received. (For example, if a competitor registers by the early deadline, but does not pay until arriving at the competition, that competitor will be charged the same price as if they were registering on the day of the competition.) If there are special circumstances that prevent you or your team from submitting payment on time, please contact us directly to make alternate arrangements.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS

Should you need to cancel your registration before the regular registration deadline, please cancel it online through the registration system.

Cancellations received before the regular registration deadline will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after the regular deadline will be handled on a case by case basis. If you have further questions, please email comp@yaleballroom.org.
